"About the guardian angel"

The guardian angel eases the death hour of the baptized and attends him on his journey hereafter. Priests declare that guardian angels are glad to see our good deeds and a clean life led by us as well as hear our prayers.

Is it possible for a human to feel his guardian angel? Surely! Thoughts from deep inside are called the sixth sense by some people or the intuition by another ones. But, in sober fact, very few of us have ever pondered over that. The guardian angel is our inner voice that is able to suggest a solution, advice on a question or bolster up our courage. The guardian angel is our conscience as well.

If a person craves for something, his guardian angel will be sure to react to the request and do anything to make your dreams come true as soon as possible. But, unfortunately, the heavenly protector is not almighty. The guardian angel is not able to harm anybody even if his «master» is consumed with desire to have revenge upon some murderer or violator. He is also not capable of sheltering a person from the trials and troubles of life that are predestined before the birth. The guardian angel always attends a person everywhere and comes to the rescue when difficulties arise.

Sometimes you may see a dream about the solution to an issue you’ve not been able to resolve for a long time or suddenly you come to realize one or another situation clearly. All that is the guardian angel’s doing. Such signs shall not be ignored as thanks to them we reach decisions and avoid a real danger at times.

But how come we don’t have all our wishes in case the guardian angel is able to make our dreams come true? It is quite simple. A man is weak and often dreams of things that he does not really need: to be flush of money, have a brand-new car, fall in love with a perfect person. The heavenly protector is able to fulfill such wishes only that will actually help a man to progress on his way of spiritual formation.

There have been few cases when guardian angels appear before people. It is true that these angels have no physical body that we can touch with our hands or voice that we can hear with our ears. But sometimes it seems to a man that he can see his heavenly protector as well as hear and understand the angel’s words. Too few people have been lucky to behold their guardian angels. We think that the guardian angel looks something like a human. In actual fact, that’s not so. A heavenly being may rarely assume the look of a human. However, the reality is different more often that not. The guardian angel either manifests himself as an inner voice or gets embodied in a dog or some other animal to be able to give the sign or head off a man from the wrong way.

However, this angel is not the only one who attends a man through all his life. It is said that the left shoulder of every person is occupied with the demon (devil), who motivates our ill acts and thoughts. If a man performs a good deed, the devil feels bad and otherwise the angel starts crying in case of a bad deed. They don’t carry on struggle with one another but exert influence over a person, to whom they are «attached», or rather his soul.

It is clear for us that the guardian angel’s objective is to help a man to go through the way of his life having committed as few ill deeds as possible. But how come many people declare they have several guardian angels? The thing is that one heavenly protector is given to a person when he is baptized. However, in case somebody takes the way of a healer, such a person may have two guardian angels for the complementary protection. There may be even more angels (up to seven ones), but such occasions are few. It happens when a certain person is needed sorely by a large group of people. Such responsibility naturally presupposes more temptations and greater dangers. That is why the senior guardian angel is helped by other ones, who may be protectors of blood relatives or angels sent purposely. Such phenomenon is of rare occurrence all the more so, as several guardian angels are given to a man for an utterly short period.

So, at difficult times it is possible to say a prayer to your guardian angel appealing for his help. Church ministers and healers give advice to talk to your guardian angel thanking him for all the trials and troubles of life he has helped you to endure and for all happy moments he has shared with you.
